Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This policy explains how orders from Apeiros Printing, a division of Apeiros Marketing LLC, are produced, shipped, and delivered. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
Turnaround is not delivery time
This is the most important thing to understand before ordering.
Turnaround is the time your order spends in production. It’s shown on each product and varies by product and by the turnaround option you select.
Transit is the time the carrier takes to deliver after production is complete. It’s separate, and it’s added to turnaround.
A product with a 4-business-day turnaround, shipped Ground with a 3-day transit, arrives roughly 7 business days after production starts — not 4.
Production begins after your artwork is received and, where a proof applies, approved. It does not begin when the order is placed. Orders placed after the daily production cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin the next business day. Holidays affect both production and transit.
Add turnaround and transit together to estimate your delivery date.
Each product ships separately
Orders containing more than one product are not combined into a single shipment.
Each product is produced on its own and ships on its own, which means:
- a separate shipping charge for each product
- separate tracking for each shipment
- different arrival dates — products may arrive days apart
- shipments may come from different facilities in different parts of the country
This is how trade print production works, and it isn’t a mistake or an oversight when your order arrives in pieces.
Large orders of a single product may also be divided into multiple boxes if they exceed carrier size or weight limits. Each box carries its own shipping charge, and boxes may arrive on different days.
If you’re ordering several items for one deadline, plan for the slowest one and order early.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of each product. You’ll see the cost and available service levels before you pay.
Rates are based on carrier charges, which change from time to time. Light print like business cards is inexpensive to ship. Large-format items — banners, signs, displays, tents, hardware — are heavy or bulky and cost substantially more. Low-value items shipped on their own can carry shipping costs approaching or exceeding the price of the item.
We cannot ship on a customer’s own UPS, FedEx, or other carrier account.
Carriers and service levels
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Which carrier handles your order depends on the product and the producing facility.
Ground is our standard service. Ground transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
Expedited services — 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air — are guaranteed by the carrier within the selected timeframe, and are the right choice for anything time-sensitive.
Transit estimates do not include the day the carrier picks up the package.
Saturday delivery may be available at additional cost on some services. Contact us before ordering if you need it.
Expedited shipping does not speed up production. An air shipment on a standard turnaround still waits for the job to finish. To compress the whole timeline, choose a faster turnaround as well as faster shipping.
Where orders ship from
We fulfill through established trade printing partners with production facilities across the United States. Your order is generally produced at the facility that ships most efficiently to your delivery address, though certain products are made only at specific facilities regardless of where you are.
The producing facility can change after an order is placed — because of equipment issues, production volume, or similar reasons — which may change your estimated transit time.
Blind shipping
All orders ship without our production partner’s branding.
If you’re a reseller, agency, or designer, you can have orders shipped directly to your own client by entering their address as the shipping address at checkout. The package will not identify the printer.
Your shipping address
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide, including suite or unit numbers and ZIP code. We strongly recommend including a phone number for the recipient.
PO boxes. Carriers generally do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a street address.
Address changes after ordering. You can request a change up until the order is out for delivery, but each request incurs an administrative fee of at least $12.35, plus any additional carrier charges. These are billed to the payment method used for the order.
Refused or undeliverable packages. If a package is refused, or can’t be delivered because of an address error, you remain responsible for the product cost, the original shipping charge, and any return or redelivery fees — even if you decline to have it reshipped. Reshipment incurs an additional shipping charge.
Residential addresses. Carriers typically do not require a signature at a residential address and may leave the package. If you require a signature, contact us before your order ships.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information by email once each shipment leaves production. Tracking may take several hours to become active.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, check with others at the address and around the delivery location first. Contact us within five (5) business days and we’ll help open a claim with the carrier.
Risk of loss
Orders ship FOB shipping point. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
For local pickup or local delivery, where available, risk transfers when you or your agent take possession, or when the order is left if delivery without a signature has been authorized.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and photograph everything, then contact us within five (5) business days. Carrier claims require the original packaging as evidence — discarding it can prevent a claim from being paid.
For shipments lost in transit, we’ll help you pursue a claim with the carrier.
Delays outside our control
We make every effort to meet estimated schedules, but equipment failures, technical problems, carrier delays, and other issues beyond our control can delay production and delivery.
Where a delay is our production partner’s responsibility, rush charges and production fees may be waived or refunded. Delays are not grounds for cancelling an order, and no refund or credit is due for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, strikes or labor disputes, civil disturbance, customs, quarantine, failures of transportation, utility, or communication networks, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Time-sensitive orders
Turnaround and transit times are estimates. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
If your materials are needed by a specific date, tell us before you order and we’ll advise whether it’s achievable. For time-sensitive work, we strongly recommend an expedited shipping service rather than Ground, and building in extra days.
Orders that arrive after a date they were needed aren’t eligible for a refund or reprint. Allowing sufficient time is the customer’s responsibility.
International shipping
We ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be possible on some products but requires a separate estimate for cost and transit time.
All pricing is in U.S. dollars and covers product and shipping only. Customs duties, taxes, and other import costs are your responsibility and are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority. We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain destinations.
Contact us before ordering if you need delivery outside the United States.
Local pickup and delivery
Pickup and local delivery may be available on some orders produced near you. Contact us before ordering to see whether it’s an option for your job.
Questions before you order
If you’re unsure which shipping option to choose, how long something will take, or what shipping will cost on a large-format order, ask us first. A short conversation before you order prevents most shipping problems.
