Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This policy explains what information Apeiros Printing, a division of Apeiros Marketing LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects when you use apeirosprinting.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, business name, and password if you create an account.
  • Order details — billing and shipping addresses, the products and options you select, and order history.
  • Artwork and files — the print files, images, and text you upload or send us for production, and any content you provide for design services.
  • Communications — emails, messages, and support requests, including anything you choose to include in them.
  • Marketing preferences — your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or promotions.

Payment information. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • process and fulfill your orders, including production, shipping, and returns
  • communicate with you about orders, proofs, artwork, and support
  • take payment and detect or prevent fraud
  • provide design services you’ve purchased
  • maintain your account and order history
  • improve our website, products, and service
  • send marketing emails, where you’ve asked to receive them
  • comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We rely on the following legal bases where applicable: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, your consent for marketing, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information.

We share it only as needed to run the business:

  • Production partners. To produce and ship your order, we share your shipping address, order details, and artwork with the trade printing partners who manufacture it. They ship directly to you or to your recipient.
  • Payment processor. To take payment and handle refunds, chargebacks, and fraud screening.
  • Pay-over-time providers. If you choose a financing option at checkout, your information goes to that provider under their own privacy policy.
  • Shipping carriers. To deliver your order and provide tracking.
  • Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, and similar vendors who process information on our behalf under contract.
  • Professional advisers. Accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Blind shipping

Orders ship without our production partner’s branding. If you’re reselling to your own client, your order can ship directly to them. You’re responsible for the recipient details you provide, and for having the right to share them with us.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep your cart and session working (necessary)
  • remember your preferences (functional)
  • understand how the site is used, through analytics (analytics)
  • measure and improve advertising, where used (marketing)

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.

We currently use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Marketing emails

If you sign up for our newsletter or promotions, we’ll send you occasional emails. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn’t stop transactional emails about your orders, which we need to send to fulfill them.

How long we keep it

  • Order records and invoices — retained as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and tax purposes, generally at least seven years.
  • Artwork files — retained for a reasonable period to support reorders. We are not a backup service; please keep your own copies.
  • Account information — until you ask us to close your account.
  • Marketing lists — until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

If you have an account, please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that’s inaccurate
  • Delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time
  • Close your account by contacting us

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.

Some states give residents rights to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
